These terms govern your use of FitSync (published on the Apple App Store as "Fitbit Sync to Health App"), a mobile application for Apple iPhone published by ZamaLabs (Zamalabs Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi), referred to below as "the Provider".
By downloading or using FitSync you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

a. Scope of license
The Provider grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use FitSync on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
You may not: copy or redistribute the app; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits; sublicense, rent, lease or lend it; or create derivative works from it.
b. What FitSync does
FitSync reads health and fitness data from the accounts you connect — currently Fitbit and Google Health — and writes it into the Apple Health app on your device. The sync is one-way. FitSync never writes data back to Fitbit or Google, and never modifies your data at those services.
FitSync depends on services operated by third parties. If a connected service changes or withdraws its API, the corresponding sync may stop working. The Fitbit Web API is scheduled to shut down on 30 September 2026.
c. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
FitSync offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock additional functionality. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. The Provider cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
d. Not a medical device
FitSync is a data synchronisation tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and no decision about your health should be made on the basis of data it displays or transfers. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical matters.
e. Consent to use of technical data
The Provider may collect and use technical data about your device, operating system and app usage, in a form that does not personally identify you, to support and improve the app. Health data is never collected by the Provider. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
f. Third-party services
FitSync may give you access to content or services operated by third parties. The Provider does not endorse, and is not responsible for, third-party content, its accuracy, or its availability. Your use of a connected service is also governed by that service's own terms.
g. Termination
This licence terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these terms. On termination you must stop using FitSync and delete all copies of it.
h. No warranty
FitSync is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Provider does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that data will always sync completely or accurately.
i. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability arising out of or relating to FitSync is limited to fifty United States dollars (US$50). The Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of data, or business interruption.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and if you are a consumer you retain any statutory rights that these terms cannot limit.
j. Export restrictions
You may not use or export FitSync except as authorised by law. It may not be exported to embargoed countries, or to any person on a prohibited or restricted party list, and it may not be used for any purpose prohibited by export law, including the development of weapons.
k. Government end users
FitSync is "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as those terms are used in the applicable United States federal acquisition regulations, and is licensed to government end users with only those rights granted to all other end users.
l. Changes to these terms
The Provider may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of FitSync after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
m. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.
